By placing an order with PhoneCasesSG, you confirm that your selected phone model, case type, and custom artwork are correct. Custom printed products are made to order and may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

We aim to print your design faithfully within normal manufacturing tolerances. If there is a production defect, contact us promptly with your order number and we will review your case under our custom order policy.
