How do I order a custom phone case?+
Choose your phone brand and model in the catalogue, select a case type, customize your design in our studio, add to cart, and complete checkout.
How much do custom cases cost?+
Prices depend on your phone model and case type. Exact prices are shown in the catalogue before you customize. Finish upgrades and MagSafe options may add a small surcharge.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard islandwide delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after printing. Express and self-collection options are available at checkout.
Can I collect my order instead of delivery?+
Yes. Choose self collection at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup in central Singapore.
What file types can I upload?+
You can upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP images up to 20MB. For best results, use high-resolution photos or artwork.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with the same email address you used at checkout. You will see payment, production, and delivery updates.
